鏞記酒家創立於 1942 年，是中環最具代表性的粵菜地標。其招牌「金牌燒鵝」以秘製配方炭火燒製，皮脆肉嫩且飽滿多汁，被譽為「飛天燒鵝」。除了燒鵝，鏞記的皮蛋酸薑和各式精緻點心及粵式傳統佳餚同樣深得食客讚賞。酒家內部的中式裝潢典雅堂皇，處處透著傳統食府的氣派。
